The majority of apartments face north and offer crossflow ventilation, which peacefully moves through considered layouts that maximise calm and functionality.

This centerpiece stands proudly within a kitchen purposefully designed for gathering, preparing, and sharing. A light and dark material palette allows residents to select a design scheme that speaks to their personal aesthetic. Featuring natural stone, timber flooring, porcelain, and Miele appliances, each home uses materials chosen for their enduring quality, tactile warmth, and timeless appeal.
